What ages are your play zones best suited for?
Our play equipment is best for crawlers through preschool aged children.
How often is the equipment cleaned?
We pride ourselves on keeping a clean and safe environment for children! We clean the equipment after each event and again before bringing it to your party and again after setting it up! Every tile, ball and fencing is cleaned using a non-toxic, virus killing disinfectant.
What areas to you deliver to?
We are excited to offer free delivery! Within a 25 mile radius of 46574. Any deliveries out of this radius will be charged by the mile.
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
We get it, life happens! The security deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date as long as the notice is given within 24 hours of the original party date.
Can the play area be set up outside?
Absolutely! We can set up on a flat, dry surface free of water or debris. We highly recommend having an indoor backup plan in case of rain or high winds. We will not accept cancellations, reschedules or request for refund in case of inclement weather, an indoor back up plan is highly recommended.
