I wanted to make this list because of a recent post by a friend. She said that she takes her kids to the same pumpkin patch every year and wondered what others are out there. I hope to spread some light on some great ones in our area! Feel free to email me at Trottingtotsgym@gmail.com if I forgot any!
Amazing Acres
Amazing Acres is in Edwardsburg, MI with a 15 acre corn maze! This might be quite a drive depending on where you’re from but totally worth the trip. It is more of a day trip than just an hour visit. There are MANY attractions and activities to do here but I’ll just name off a few. The first activity they have is a wooden cow that has interactive utters for children to practice milking.

They also have a Kiddie Zipline, Miner’s Mountain Slide, Kiddie Maze, Bunnyville and a Jumping Pillow. The Jumping Pillow might not sound like much but I love this for young children 0-3! Tots tend to not have great balance so this is a great way they can jump in the fun without fear of getting hurt.

Todd’s Pumpkin Patch
This is a traditional pumpkin patch with no extra activities. It’s located in New Carlisle and if you’re wanting the more traditional fun of being outside and picking a pumpkin then this is a great one!
Hilltop Farms
Hilltop Farms is in Mishawaka and is another traditional pumpkin farm. Their patch is 10 ACRES – so your kids definitely have options to finding the BEST pumpkin. There are no extra activities, just good ole fashioned pumpkin picking.
Thistleberry Farm
Thistleberry Farm is one with lots of activities for kids! There are Duck Races, Pedal Cars, Jumping Pillows, Cow Train, Giant Legos and much more. There is even food on the weekends so you can forget the picnic basket at home if you want.

Kershers
Kershers is located in Goshen with an apple orchard and pumpkin patch. They host feild trips, have hay rides, an activity area and pavilion. If you’re hungry they have some refreshments including hot donuts and fresh-pressed cider!
